BRAN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. molasses
1 c. boiling water
1 c. raisins
2 eggs
1 c. oatmeal
2 c. Bran Buds
2 c. buttermilk mixed with 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

In a very large bowl combine all ingredients except last 3. Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients; stir until blended.

Spoon into well-greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes a double batch.
