MERINGUE COOKIES 
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Whip 2 egg whites until semi-stiff.

3. Add 2/3 cup of sugar and whip until very stiff.

4. Fold in: 1 c. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla

5. Drop (in spoonfuls) onto foiled tray, put in oven. Turn off oven. Leave overnight.
