CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, cooked, chilled & cubed
1 head lettuce, shredded
4 green onions, slivered
1/2 c. toasted blanched peanuts
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 can Chinese rice noodles

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
3 tsp. cider vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat until sugar dissolves, chill. Toss with salad and serve.
