CRANBERRY HEAVEN 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. cranberry juice
2 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 baked 9 inch pie shell

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and rind - add juice. Chill until thick. Fold in whipped topping. Chill again. Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with cranberries, sprigs of mint or mounds of Cool Whip colored with small amount of cranberry juice.
