ROSEMARY CHICKEN 
Chicken breast or whole chicken
A-1 steak sauce
Italian dressing
Pepper
Basil
Garlic powder
Good Seasons Italian dressing packet
Rosemary
Potatoes
Peas (optional)

Seasonings: Sprinkle seasonings lightly, just as you would sprinkle salt. Do not use too much.

Remove skin from chicken (or leave on), and place chicken in a foil-lined roasting pan. Baste chicken with Italian dressing. Brush chicken with A-1 Steak Sauce. Sprinkle with pepper, basil, garlic powder, rosemary and 1 1/2 tsp. of Good Seasons Italian dressing.

Peel and cut potatoes into 3/4-inch cubes and put into a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle lightly with Italian dressing, pepper, basil and garlic powder.

Mix potatoes. Add peas and potatoes to baking pan, surrounding the chicken. Spray lightly with olive oil, if desired. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes, or until chicken is tender and cooked through. Breast should read 155-160F on meat thermometer.
