ROSEMARY CHICKEN WINGS | |
4 tbsp. butter (1/2 stick) 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed 1/4 tsp. paprika 2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings (about 12) Salt Pepper Preheat broiler. In small saucepan over low heat melt butter. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, rosemary, and paprika. Arrange chicken wings in broiler pan; brush with butter mixture. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. About 7-9 inches from source of heat, broil chicken wings 10 minutes. Turn wings, brushing with remaining butter mixture, salt, and pepper. Broil 10 minutes longer or until wings are tender; arrange in napkin -lined basket. Serves 4. |
