SALISBURY STEAK 
1 egg
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/3 c. canned milk
1 sm. minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 can golden mushroom soup

Combine all except soup. Form patties 5 or 6. Flour and brown in skillet. Pour off any fat. You may need to add a little oil in order to brown. Place patties in 9"x13" dish. Spoon golden mushroom soup over each. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. NOTE: Use golden mushroom soup, not mushroom soup.
