SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 can salmon, drain and save juice
3 c. cooked egg noodles
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all together. If seems dry use some of the salmon juice. Bake 350 degrees 30-40 minutes in greased casserole. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
