SALMON COTTAGE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter, divided
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. cottage cheese
1 can salmon
4 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs

Melt 2 tablespoons butter, add onion and cook gently until tender. Stir in flour and salts. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cottage cheese. Fold salmon and noodles. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Melt remaining butter. Stir in crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
