1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 egg whites
2/3 c. white sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream

Stir first 4 ingredients together and bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 of crumbs in 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Combine egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice in large mixer bowl. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks (about 10 minutes). Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs. Top with other 1/3 crumbs and freeze. Serve frozen.

NOTE: Strawberries should be partially thawed before beating mixture.
