CHICKEN OR TURKEY TARTS 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, chopped

BROTH:

1 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. flour

Cook until thick.

DOUGH:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cold water

Mix together.

Moisten meat with broth. Roll dough into a thin sheet. Cut into circles or triangles, fill with chicken or turkey mixture. Fold over, crimp edges and cut slits in top, brush with milk. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Pour broth over tarts and serve. Yield about 8 tarts.
