CHINESE NOODLE SALAD 
1 lg. Napa cabbage
5 green onions
2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles (discard flavoring)
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
Soy sauce
Oriental rice vinegar
1 c. sugar

Chop onion and cabbage into fine pieces and chill. Brown noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in butter until light tan, stove top or cookie sheet in oven at 350 degrees 5 minutes.

DRESSING:

Blend with beater: 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. vinegar (oriental rice vinegar) 1 c. sugar

Mix with salad 20 minutes before serving.
