CRUNCHY CHICKEN IMPERIAL | |
1/2 pt. sour cream 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine ingredients and mix well. Dip about 3 whole boneless skinned chicken breasts in above mixture and roll in 1 package herb-seasoned stuffing mix which has been rolled until fine, or put in processor. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over all and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until tender (check with fork after 45 minutes). Can be prepared and wrapped in foil and frozen individually before baking. |
