FRUIT JAMS 
8 c. mashed fruit - strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and peaches
1 c. honey
2 c. finely ground dried apples

Combine all and cook in a stainless steel pot. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally. Let cool for approximately 10 minutes. Sterilize 1/2 pint jars in boiling water bath, fill to 1/4 inch from the top. Seal and return to the boiling water bath for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool on rack, store without rings in a cool dark place. Jams tend to lie loose, not like traditional pectin jam, but they are great!

Makes 8 (8 ounce) jars.
