GLAZED JAM PUFFS 
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
2/3 c. milk
10 tsp. jam (raspberry, peach, strawberry)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix Bisquick, sugar and butter. Add milk all at once. Stir into a soft dough. Beat 20 strokes. Place a tablespoonful of dough into each of 10 paper lined, medium sized muffin cups. Top with a teaspoonful of jam. Drop a tablespoon of dough over jam. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Frost with Easy Creamy Icing.

EASY CREAMY ICING:

1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Liquid enough to make to spreading consistency (about 1 tablespoon water or 1 1/2 teaspoons cream.) Blend together and frost. Serve warm.
