APRICOT GLAZED DRUMMETTES 
Chicken Drummettes (about 28 pieces)

SAUCE:

1/2 c. apricot jam
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 lg. clove garlic (pressed)
1 tbsp. sherry
1 slice fresh ginger (peeled and sliced) about the size of a quarter

Wash chicken and pat dry. Combine sauce ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour sauce over chicken (9 x 12 inch pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally as sauce begins to thicken.

Chicken is done when glazed and a deep rich brown in color. Note: Can be prepared the night before and left to marinate in refrigerator.
