TOSTADO DIP (Mexican) 
1 can Frito bean dip
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning (1 1/4 oz.)

TOPPING:

Shredded yellow cheese of your choice
tomatoes, ripe olives, etc.

Put bean dip in bottom of an 8x8 dish, use an approximately 2 inch deep dish. Put taco mix in cup or dish to mix well before measuring 1/2 of it.

Mix the mayonnaise sour cream and taco seasoning together and spread on top of bean dip. This can be fixed a day ahead of time for serving.

Nearer serving time, chop tomatoes into 1/2 inch pieces and cut ripe olives into slices. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of sour cream mixture then the tomatoes and olives. As the topping really adds to the flavor use generous amounts to cover well, but not piled up.
