CREAMY WALDORF SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (18 oz.) can ready to serve vanilla pudding
2 med. unpared, cored & diced apples (about 2 c.)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in cold. Chill until partially set. In mixer bowl combine the Jello and pudding. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Fold in the rest and chill.
