3 cans seasoned, French style green beans
1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced thin

Drain all cans well and cover with mixture of: 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. salad oil 2/3 c. vinegar

Make day before serving. Toss several times.
