S.'S CRAB STRATA 
8 slices day old bread
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 lb. backfin crab meat
2 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Trim crusts from bread and spread with butter. Cut into cubes. Layer casserole first with bread, cheese, and crab meat, ending with cheese on top. Mix remaining five ingredients and pour over bread meat mixture. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
