CRAB DIP | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Jack cheese, shredded 1 c. finely chopped green onions 8 oz. cooked crab meat, cut into sm. pieces Combine cream cheese with sour cream and Jack cheese in microwave proof container. Microwave on medium for a few minutes, stirring occasionally just until cheese is melted and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in green onions with crab. Heat just to warm. Serve as a dip with thin crackers. Or thin with white wine to saucy consistency and serve over baked potatoes or hot pasta. |
