CRAB DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. finely chopped green onions
8 oz. cooked crab meat, cut into sm. pieces

Combine cream cheese with sour cream and Jack cheese in microwave proof container. Microwave on medium for a few minutes, stirring occasionally just until cheese is melted and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in green onions with crab. Heat just to warm. Serve as a dip with thin crackers. Or thin with white wine to saucy consistency and serve over baked potatoes or hot pasta.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
