HOT CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped fine
8 strips bacon, fried crisp
1/2 c. crushed crackers (Ritz or Townhouse)

Microwave cream cheese on medium. Heat for 30 seconds. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and onions until blended. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, turn dish once. Mix and serve warm. You can use your favorite cheese in place of Swiss.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

YUMMM!!! Make sure you bring copies of the recipe with you, it's a crowd pleaser! We served it with 1/2" chunks of a good crusty bread.
