HOT CHEESE DIP | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped fine 8 strips bacon, fried crisp 1/2 c. crushed crackers (Ritz or Townhouse) Microwave cream cheese on medium. Heat for 30 seconds. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and onions until blended. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, turn dish once. Mix and serve warm. You can use your favorite cheese in place of Swiss. |
