HOT PEPPER CHEESE DIP 
2 slices bacon
1/4 c. hot pepper jelly
8 oz. cream cheese
Dash hot pepper sauce

Place bacon in small mixing bowl. The strips do not have to lie flat. Microwave on high (100%) 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside. Add cream cheese to bacon drippings. Microwave on high (100%) 1/2 to 1 minute or until cheese is softened. Add jelly and hot pepper sauce. Stir until well blended. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top as a garnish.

NOTE: Makes about 1/2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
