HOT SAUSAGE & CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained & chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese

Saute sausage, beef and onion; drain grease. Add remaining ingredients and heat slowly until cheese is melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
