CARAMEL DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. white granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Soften cream cheese in microwave (approximately 20 seconds). Add sugars and vanilla. Return to microwave for 1 minute. Stir well. Pour caramel dip in serving dish and top with nuts, if desired. Serve on platter with assortment of sliced apples and/or strawberries. Dip may be served hot or cold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

This dip was okay, not truly a carmel flavor because of the cream cheese, but easy to make and tasty. I made a half batch to dip some apples into. It made a nice, quick dessert without any corn syrup, but I don't think I would make it again.

This is delicious!! It's very easy to make. We dipped apples in it and it didn't last long. The flavor is a very mild caramel and the dip is pretty fluffy. Once you start its hard to stop!
