FISH AND SEAFOOD SEASONING BLEND 
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. dried whole parsley
3 tbsp. dried whole dill weed
3 tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
4 bay leaves, crumbled, or 1/2 tsp. ground bay leaves

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Yields 1/2 cup.
