DOULLE CHEESE MEAT ROLL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded cheese

Combine beef, egg, crackers, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, onion, oregano and pepper. Mix well. Shape into rectangle about 10 x 12 inches on wax paper. Spread cheese over all. Roll up like jelly roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pour remaining sauce over roll. Bake 15 minutes.
