UNUSUAL CONGEALED SALAD 
2 sm. boxes peach Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
12 oz. carton Cool Whip

Combine Jello, pineapple, and sugar in small saucepan and bring just to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside. In a large bowl combine buttermilk and thawed Cool Whip. Stir until creamy. Add Jello mixture and combine thoroughly. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch dish and chill about 3 hours before serving.
