BAKED POTATO FRIES 
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 (28 oz.) pkg. frozen dinner fries
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt

Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Dip fries into egg and dredge in bread crumbs. Place fries in a single layer on an ungreased pan and drizzle with butter.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Sprinkle with salt and serve warm.
