SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. raw spinach, washed & drained
3/4 c. bean sprouts, drained (opt.)
1 c. water chestnuts, drained (opt.)
2 hard-cooked eggs, cut up
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
Fresh mushrooms, sliced (opt.)

Combine all ingredients and toss with dressing at time of serving.

DRESSING:

1 sm. onion, chopped (preferably sweet)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix dressing in jar ahead of time.
