PAPA'S SOUTHERN STYLE SWEET
KORNBREAD
 
3 eggs
3 c. self-rising yellow corn meal
1 to 2 c. buttermilk or whole milk
1/2 c. sugar

Beat eggs well. Pour cornmeal and sugar into mixing bowl. Blend together. Add beaten eggs; blend with cornmeal and sugar. Add buttermilk to desired thickness.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Check by inserting toothpick in center. When it comes out clean, it's done!
