BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. frozen cauliflower
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli and cauliflower. Drain water and chop. Put in casserole dish and add melted cheese and soup. Melt butter and mix with crackers. Spread this over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
