BREAD PUDDING 
8 slices wheat or white bread, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
3 c. milk, scalded
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten

Place bread in greased casserole dish, 8 x 12 inches. Pour fruit cocktail over bread. Add sugar and butter to milk. Add eggs to milk mixture. Pour this over bread and fruit cocktail. Bake at 350 degrees. Do not over bake.
