LEMON POPPY SEED LOAF 
1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. box lemon instant pudding mix
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Mix the ingredients; beat 4 minutes. Pour into 2 well greased, floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool in the pans for 20 minutes before turning out. Serves 16.
