Beef bouillon cubes

For each onion baked: slightly hollow center of onion to form well. Add one beef bouillon cube, 1/2 tsp. butter or to taste. Wrap in foil. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on size of onion in a 350 degree oven. Can be placed in a microwave safe dish, covered and microwaved for 10 minutes or until done; rotating dish several times.
