BAKED TENDERLOIN 
3 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lb. fresh, sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
5 drops Tabasco sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire
5-6 oz. dry red wine
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. flour
Pepper to taste
2 1/2 lbs. whole beef tenderloin, trimmed

Saute butter, garlic, mushrooms, onions and ground beef. Add all other ingredients, except the tenderloin. Mix. Pour the sauce over the whole tenderloin. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. (If using a meat thermometer, 140 degrees is rare, 150-160 degrees medium, 170 degrees well done).
