BANANA CREME CAKE | |
1 pkg. cook-n-serve or instant banana creme pudding filling 1 pkg. banana cake mix 1 cream whip (16 oz.) 4 med. bananas, sliced Follow instructions for the banana cake mix and bake. While cake is baking, make the pudding according to the instructions. Once the cake is baked you take it out of the oven, place on cooling rack. After it has cooled down take a knife and split the cake in half by cutting it sideways by the length. You take the banana pudding and spread on the bottom half the split cake. Once you cover it with pudding, you place the sliced bananas across the top of the pudding. You then take the top half of the split cake and place it on top of the bottom half. Once the top half is firmly on top, you layer the top cake with the banana pudding first and then placing the sliced bananas on top. The whip cream is the frosting and it's spread covering the whole cake. Ready to serve. |
