PASTA WITH HOT TOMATO & BACON
SAUCE
 
1/2 lb. bacon
3 tbsp. oil
2 lg. onions
3 garlic cloves
44 oz. tomatoes
1 tbsp. tarragon or sugar
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 1/2 lb. pasta

Fry bacon. Add oil. Saute onions. Stir in chopped garlic, tomatoes, salt, tarragon and pepper. Simmer 1/2 hour. Crumble bacon. Add with parsley. Serve over pasta.
