Wash and dry as many potatoes (red or white) as needed. Oil crock pot and each potato with an oil dipped paper towel (use liquid oil). Place potatoes in crock pot, they may be stacked on top of each other. Cook on high for 3 or 4 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours. Serve with your favorite toppings.
