SPAGHETTI & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) box spaghetti
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Spread cooked spaghetti on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Combine milk, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper in large jar and shake until well blended. Pour evenly over spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Brown beef and onions, drain. Combine this with tomatoes (including juice), tomato paste, basil, thyme, oregano and 1 teaspoon salt. Cook on stove for 15 minutes. Spoon meat mixture on top of milk-egg mixture. Sprinkle top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until set firm. Let stand approximately 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
