TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS | |
seeds from one pumpkin oil (spray type like Pam) your favorite seasonings Remove seeds from pumpkin. Put seeds in strainer and rinse with cold water. Let drain for 10 minutes. Spread the seeds in a single layer on paper towels and let the seeds dry overnight. Next day heat your oven to 300°F. Put seeds on a large cookie sheet. Lightly spray with oil and sprinkle your favorite seasonings on the seeds. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a golden brown, shaking the pan several times so that you don't burn the seeds.
