ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS 
Pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt

1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt for each cup of pumpkin seeds. Pull the seeds away from the stringy matter and dump them in a bowl. You don't need to wash them. Add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt for each cup of pumpkin seeds and stir. Oil a baking sheet. Spread the seeds on the baking sheet evenly. Bake until crisp (about 45 minutes) in an oven set at 200 to 250 degrees. Eat when cool. A delicious crunchy snack!

I've used other recipes but this one is the best! Oil works much better than butter. However, I add chili powder, garlic powder or Parmesan cheese with the salt for extra flavor.
