SOY WHIP TOPPING 
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. soyagen powder
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. honey

While whizzing on high speed, slowly pour in approximately 1 1/2 cups oil (add until whirlpool in center of liquid is closed). Remove from blender and add 3 teaspoons lemon juice. Gently mix. This will thicken the cream. Calories: 131 per 2 tablespoons. Yield: 3 1/4 cups topping.
