SALMON GRATIN 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Alaskan salmon
1/4 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. each lemon juice and dill weed
1 tbsp. fresh bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Drain and flake salmon. Toss with celery and onions. Mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill weed; gently fold into salmon. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread salmon mixture into a medium (2 cup) gratin dish or 2 individual gratin dishes. Broil 9 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Broil another 5-7 minutes until crumbs have browned and salmon is heated through. Serves 2.
