CHICKEN MADEIRA 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breasts
1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. Madeira wine
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano

Blend all ingredients. Marinate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees with cover for 45 minutes. Serve with rice and enjoy!
