FROSTY MANDARIN DESSERT | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange gelatin 2 c. boiling water 1 can mandarin oranges 1 pt. orange sherbet Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain oranges; reserve juice and add water to make one cup. Add to gelatin. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in sherbet and orange slices. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold or individual serving dishes. Chill until firm. A refreshing dessert summer or winter. |
