FROSTY MANDARIN DESSERT 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections (leave 6 to garnish the top)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
Garnish - mint leaves (optional)

Drain oranges; keep and measure their syrup (add water to the syrup to make 1 cup). Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add the one cup of water and syrup. Add sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill until thickened. Fold in orange. Pour into a serving bowl or individual dishes. Chill until set (1 hour). Garnish with mandarin orange sections and mint leaves. Really good - enjoy!
