MANDARIN SUMMER DESSERT 
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 sm. can Eagle Brand milk
1 can mandarin oranges
75 Town House crackers, crushed
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Combine first 3 ingredients. Mix until fluffy. Cut orange sections into small pieces. Add to orange mixture.

Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Add cracker crumbs and mix. Spread evenly. Pour batter over crumbs. Refrigerate.
