1 (3.5 oz.) pkg. sugar free gelatin, any flavor 3/4 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. cold water In 1-quart metal bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in orange juice and cold water. Cover; freeze until mixture is frozen around edges, about 1 hour. Remove from freezer. Beat on low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Return bowl to freezer 1 hour. Repeat beating process. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Calories: 32 per 1/2 cup serving. |
