OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up
1/4 c. flour
Dash salt, pepper and paprika
1/8 lb. butter

SAUCE:

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
1 sm. can mushrooms and liquid
1 tbsp. sherry
1 minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Shake dry chicken in bag with flour, salt, pepper, paprika. Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Lay chicken in pan, skin side down. Bake in 400 degree oven 1/2 hour. Heat remaining ingredients. Turn chicken and pour sauce over chicken. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake extra 30 minutes.

Chicken may be skinned. Good with rice!
